Longitudinal and Multivariate Analysis of a Macro Survey on Chronic Degenerative Diseases in Childhood

Abstract

Chronic degenerative diseases constitute a heavy health expenditure for every government, so adequate communication for education in the prevention of these diseases becomes more important every day. Currently, Mexico is one of the countries with the highest obesity and overweight, so education to have good eating habits and physical activity from early childhood could be key to influencing the percentage of the adult population with chronic degenerative diseases. The proposed methodology is a longitudinal and multivariate analysis that considers cultural, demographic aspects, eating habits, physical activity and public policies and proposes to start from the review of articles with similar problems, the approach of a hypothetical model that serves as a guide for the research questions and their mathematization. For this research, the databases of the National Health and Nutrition Survey (ENSANUT, 2022).

Genny Elizabeth Góngora Cuevas, Anahuac University

She holds a PhD in strategic management and development policies, a master's degree in administration, and is a coordinator of accreditations and international outreach, as well as a research professor in organizational communication, public policy, and education, and is a member of the core academic core of the graduate programs of the Research Center for Applied Communication. She served as Deputy Director General in the Undersecretary of Higher Education of the Ministry of Public Education, being in charge of a research center as well as the responsibility for the review and relevance of the educational offer of the Vocational education Training Centers and the representation on behalf Mexico in international organizations.

Marcela Alejandra Vidal Cuervo, Angeles Lomas Hospital

Medical Doctor  from the Universidad Anáhuac México, she studied the Specialty in Internal Medicine and later the Subspecialty in Rheumatology, carrying out research related to the specialty and subspecialty. She is an expert in: chronic fatigue, joint fibromyalgia, autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, shoulder tendonitis, diabetes, high blood pressure, lupus.
